Check your numbers
Go to Recruiting and open Reports. Four counts, for you and everyone under you:

| Surveys | Questionnaires completed |
| Set for Interview | Applicants booked into an interview |
| Showed | Applicants who actually attended |
| Hires | Applicants hired |
Find where you're losing people
Read the four left to right. The gaps tell you what to fix:
- Lots of surveys, few set for interview: outreach isn't converting. People are filling out the questionnaire and not getting booked.
- Lots set, few showing: they're not being confirmed before the interview.
- Lots showing, few hires: the interview itself isn't closing.
Check one agent
The same four numbers are broken out per person, for everyone in your downline. Sort by any of them to see who's producing and who's gone quiet.
