Tracking your trainees
See where each person stands and who needs help
For managers. Open Trainees under My Team.
See where everyone stands
- Open Trainees.
- Check Path is the training you want to measure against. It takes one path at a time, because each has its own modules.
- Read the four numbers across the top: how many people, their average progress, how many need attention, and how many have finished.
- Read the table for the person-by-person detail.
Everyone in your downline appears, not just trainees. Clear the Role chip to include the agents and managers taking the same training, or set it to one role to narrow back down.
Find who needs help
Click the Need attention suggestion on the filter bar, which sets the status filter to Struggling and Stalled.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Struggling | They have failed one quiz three or more times without passing it |
| Stalled | They have not completed a page in five days |
| Not started | They have not opened their training |
| On track | Moving, with nothing flagged |
| Complete | Finished the path |
Struggling tells you what to help with, because the quiz names the subject. Stalled tells you to go and ask why.
Dig into one person
Click their row. It opens into their per-module progress, so you can see exactly which module they are in rather than just a percentage.
Switch what you're looking at
Three views over the same people:
| View | Shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | Role, status, progress, and when they were last active |
| Coursework | Progress, the page they are on now, and their quiz results |
| Field work | Presentations observed and performed against their targets |
Field work only appears for a path that asks for any. Sort on any column to rank people on it.
If nobody appears
The table shows your downline, so a manager with nobody under them sees nothing. If you expect people and see none, check the Role and Status chips are not filtering them out.
If it says there is no published learning path
Progress is measured against a path, so there is nothing to measure until one is published to your agency. Contact support to get your agency's training published.
