Onsidian's in-app currency and how to buy it
Credits are how you pay for Onsidian services from inside the app. This page answers the most common questions about your credit balance and buying more.
What are credits?
Credits are Onsidian's in-app currency. Your balance lives in your wallet, shown as "My credits". You spend credits on Onsidian services without leaving the app.
What can I use credits for?
Credits pay for Onsidian services. Today that means placing recruiting questionnaire orders, and more paid features may use credits over time. Whenever something costs credits, the price is shown before you confirm, so you always know what an action will cost.
Where do I see my balance?
Open the user menu in the top-right corner and choose Wallet. Your available balance is shown at the top under "My credits". Below it, the Activity list is a running history of every purchase and everything you've spent.
How do I buy credits?
You buy credits in packs, and they're added to your wallet as soon as your payment goes through.
- Open the user menu and choose Wallet.
- Under Add credits, pick a credit pack. Each pack shows how many credits you get.
- You'll be taken to a secure checkout to pay by card.
- After payment, the credits are added to your wallet automatically.
Pricing is shown at checkout, so you can see the cost of a pack before you pay.
