Questionnaire orders

Questionnaire orders let you request recruiting questionnaires for the states you want. Credits from your wallet pay for each order.

Placing an order

1. Go to Recruiting and open the Orders tab.
2. Click New order.
3. Add each state you want questionnaires in and how many of each. Use Add state to include more states.
4. Choose your rate. If you have any deals, they appear here; otherwise pick the standard rate.
5. Choose an assignee: yourself, a team member in your downline, or the agency pool to leave the questionnaires unassigned.
6. Review the order summary, then click Place order. The credits are deducted from your wallet when you place the order.

Approval

Every order is submitted for approval. It goes into a Pending approval state and must be reviewed and approved by Onsidian staff before it's fulfilled. Nothing is sourced or distributed until Onsidian approves the order.

Once approved, the questionnaires are fulfilled and the resulting recruits are routed to the assignee you chose. If you sent the order to the agency pool, the recruits stay unassigned until an administrator distributes them.

Tracking your orders

The Orders tab lists the orders you've placed with a status badge and how many questionnaires have been filled so far:

• Pending approval — waiting for Onsidian to review the order
• Active — approved and being fulfilled
• Complete — every questionnaire in the order has been filled
• Cancelled — the order was cancelled
