Pyrite
Which interviews Pyrite offers, and what it does after booking one
Pyrite calls and texts your applicants for you, follows up when they don't answer, and books them into an interview without you touching it. Two workflows run it:
- Scheduling (Pyrite) starts when an applicant lands in Questionnaires. It works them until they're booked or it runs out of road.
- No Show Outreach (Pyrite) starts when you mark someone a no-show. It reaches back out and rebooks them.
Turn either one on from Automations.
Which interviews it offers
Pyrite offers the applicant a set of open times and books whichever one they pick. It offers group interviews first, and falls back to a 1-on-1 when there's no group to put them in.
Group interviews
Pyrite finds the nearest group interview in the applicant's upline.
- If there are several up the line, only the nearest one's sessions are offered.
- If there are none, Pyrite offers any group interview in the agency.
- A full session drops out. A session with no capacity set is always bookable.
1-on-1 interviews
Pyrite only ever offers the assigned agent's own 1-on-1 availability. It won't book an applicant with anyone else, no matter who else has open time.
If the applicant isn't assigned to anyone, Pyrite can't book them at all. Assign them first. See assigning applicants.
After it books them
Pyrite stays on the applicant through to the interview and sends reminders as it gets closer, the last one as late as 15 minutes before it starts.

Run several group interviews a week
The gap between someone finishing their questionnaire and sitting in an interview is where most applicants go cold. Pyrite can only book what exists, so if you run one group interview a week, everyone it reaches on a Tuesday waits until the following Monday.
Put two or three sessions across the week and Pyrite funnels each applicant into the first one available, usually within a day or two of them applying.
