Find where you're losing people

The funnel runs Worked, Reached, Appointments, Attended, Presentations, Sales. Read it top to bottom and the gap tells you what to fix.

  • Lots worked, few reached: you are dialing at the wrong times, or the numbers are bad.
  • Lots reached, few appointments: the conversation is not getting to the ask.
  • Lots set, few attended: sits are not being confirmed beforehand.
  • Lots presented, few sales: the presentation itself is not closing.

Compare your people

Set the grouping dropdown to Person and every chart on the page splits by agent. The other groupings answer different questions:

GroupingAnswers
PersonWho is producing
Lead typeWhich types are worth your time
StateWhere you are selling
SourceWhether bought, referred, or uploaded leads convert better
DeckWhich presentation is closing

Switch from Charts to Table for the same rows as sortable columns, which is the faster way to rank people on one number.

Narrow what you're looking at

Person limits the report to the people you pick. Lead type, State, Source, Outcome, and Language filter which leads are counted.

Entry is the one worth knowing about. Automatic is what the app recorded, Manual is what people keyed into their WAR by hand. Picking Automatic drops hand-entered work, which is how you check whether a team is working inside the app or reporting after the fact.

Every ratio on this page is calculated the same way the WAR calculates it, so the two cannot disagree.
