Logging presentations

Record a presentation you watched or gave in the field

Your path asks for a number of presentations per lead type: some watched, some given yourself. Both are tracked on your dashboard, under Presos Observed and Presos Performed.

Log by hand only what the app did not see. A practice run you submitted is already counted.

Log one you watched

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Under Presos Observed, click the + on the card for the lead type you watched.
  3. Check the lead type is right.
  4. Choose who you observed.
  5. Click Save.

Log one you gave

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Under Presos Performed, click the + on the card for the lead type you presented.
  3. Check the lead type is right.
  4. Set a score out of 10 if your trainer gave you one. This is optional.
  5. Click Save.

The + is for field work with the app closed. To practice one now, use Start Preso on the same card instead.

Check what you have left

Each card shows your count against its target, with a bar. The widget heading adds them up across every lead type, so you can see the whole requirement at a glance.

Observed and performed are counted separately, and both are counted per lead type. Watching five of one type does not cover a type you have never seen.

If a lead type isn't listed

The cards are the lead types your path asks for, which depends on which path you are on. A newer path asks for fewer types than the full set. If you presented a type that is not listed, there is nothing for it to count towards, so there is nothing to log.

If your numbers look wrong

A logged presentation cannot be removed from here, so contact support to have a double-logged one taken off. The usual cause is logging a practice run by hand after already submitting it, so submit the runs you do in the app and log only the ones you did outside it.
