Observations
Log presentations you've observed from experienced agents
Before you start running presentations on your own, you'll observe experienced agents in action. Observations are tracked by lead type — you have a target count for each type that you need to hit.
Logging an observation
From your dashboard, add an observation by selecting the lead type and the agent you observed. Your progress updates immediately.
Lead types
You'll observe presentations across multiple lead types: Union, FWK, CSK, D-Card, POS, BR, and NCR. Each has its own target count so you get exposure to different sales scenarios.
