Performances
Track presentations you've delivered during training
Once you've observed enough presentations, you'll start delivering them yourself. Performances are tracked the same way as observations — by lead type with target counts.
Logging a performance
From your dashboard, add a performance by selecting the lead type. You can optionally include a score (1–10) to track how you did.
Building confidence
The goal is to get reps across all lead types before you transition to a full agent role. Your manager reviews your performance scores and progress to determine when you're ready.
