Find a closed lead and check a reporting week

Results holds every lead that is finished, whether it sold or not. It is grouped by reporting week, newest first, and each week is headed by its own totals.

Find a sale you already made

  1. Open Sales and go to the Results step.
  2. Set Week to the reporting week it fell in, or leave it clear for every week.
  3. Narrow it down with Outcome, Type, or State if you need to.
  4. Click the row to open the lead.

The lead carries an Outcome tab with what was sold and the line items behind it, and a Demographics tab with what you entered during the presentation.

What the outcomes mean

OutcomeWhat it means
SaleThey bought
Trial saleThey took a trial
No saleYou presented and they did not buy
Refused, Do not contact, Unresponsive, Wrong number, Bad numberThe lead was resolved without a presentation

Sale and trial sale are separate outcomes, not two kinds of sale. Their premium is counted separately everywhere, including on your WAR.

Read a reporting week

Each week's heading carries its totals, and the rows underneath are the evidence for them. ALP and AHP are the premium on the policy, and the Referrals and Recruits columns are the names they gave you during the presentation.

Which week a lead lands in comes from your agency's reporting cutoff, not from the calendar week. A sale submitted after the cutoff falls into the next week. The same cutoff decides which week your WAR entries land in, so the two always agree.

Check your team

Set the Assignee filter to My team to see everyone under you, or search for one person by name. The Agent column says whose lead each row was.
