The five stages
Every applicant is in one of five stages, and the stage decides what you do next.
Resumes and Questionnaires are people who haven't been interviewed yet, split by whether they've answered the questionnaire. Work them until you can book an interview.
Interviews are people with one booked. Record what happened afterwards.
Pending is where you close them after they show. Hire them from here.
Results is everyone whose application is closed, hired or not.
