Assign leads to your team (Managers)
The Distribute tab lets managers assign leads to agents on their team.
Views
- Unassigned — leads that haven't been assigned to anyone yet
- Needs Attention — leads assigned to inactive agents that should be reassigned
- All Open — every open lead across the agency
Assigning leads
Select leads using the checkboxes, choose a target agent, and assign. You can filter by agent to see how leads are currently distributed across your team.
