How presentation scripts guide the conversation
Every presentation slide can have a script — a conversation guide that tells you what to say and when.
How they work
Scripts are displayed as a conversation flow. Your talking points appear alongside expected client responses and system instructions. The content is personalized with the data you've entered — prospect names, ages, and other details are filled in automatically.
Rebuttals
When a prospect raises a common objection, the script includes pre-written rebuttal options. Click on a client objection to see the available responses and pick the one that fits.
Optional sections
Some script sections are collapsible. Expand them if the conversation goes in that direction, or skip them if not needed.
Customization
Scripts are managed at the agency level and may differ between agencies. If you have feedback on a script, let your manager know.
