Working Leads
Find, filter, and manage your leads
The Leads page is your workspace for managing prospects. Leads come in different types based on how they were sourced: Union, Free Will Kit (FWK), Child Safe Kit (CSK), Discount Card (D-Card), Point of Sale (POS), Beneficiary Referral (BR), No-Cost Referral (NCR), Final Expense (FE), and Globe.
Finding leads
Filter by status (Open or Resolved), stage, lead type, or state. The search bar searches across name, phone, and email.
Lead stages
As you work a lead, it moves through stages:
- Open — New, Attempted, Callback, Scheduled, No Show
- Resolved — Sale, No Sale, Refused, Wrong Number, Bad Number, Unresponsive, Duplicate
Lead details
Click a lead to see everything about it — contact info, appointment history, demographics, outcome, and a full activity log of every action taken.
Creating leads
You can create leads manually by entering a name, phone number, state, and lead type. There's also an option to generate fake training leads for practice without affecting real data.
