The four steps
Every lead is in one of four steps, and the step decides what you do next.
Leads is everything that still needs working: new leads, leads you have attempted, leads with a callback promised, and leads whose sit was missed or called off. Work them until you can book an appointment.
Calls is the same leads handed to you one at a time instead of laid out in a table. Use it when you are sitting down to dial.
Appointments is your sits, day by day. Mark each one after it happens.
Results is every closed lead, grouped by reporting week. It is the record of what you produced.
